A dinner with the town
The Tavolo dei Baroni is a dinner built four hands: a chef from a historic- centre restaurant, the sommelier, the territory suppliers (Albereto, Cosentino, agriturismi). Six courses, 3 hours at table, from the medieval Barons’ dish to traditional sweets.
The menu changes by season, but the thread is Nicosia’s culinary history: from Nebrodi meats to traditional pasta, fresh and aged cheeses, 24 Baroni beer.
Capacity: single table up to 16. You dine together. The evening also becomes conversation.
