  1. 9 am: Albereto Dairy visit + mozzarella, ricotta, fresh milk tasting.
  2. 11:30 am: light lunch at a Nebrodi agriturismo.
  3. 2 pm: 24 Baroni Brewery visit + 5-beer tasting with paired bite.
  4. 4:30 pm: traditional sweets cooking class (cannoli, Pizziddati, Nocattoli).
  5. 8 pm: Tavolo dei Baroni — six-course dinner with sommelier (3 hours).
