The two nights of the year

- 24 Baroni Beer Festival (September): two days of live concerts, a Sicilian beer line-up to taste and producer food trucks.

How to arrive without driving
In recent years the organisers have run shuttle services from Catania, Palermo, Enna and Caltanissetta for the major evening events. Times, fares and bookings are published by the organisers of the White Night and the Beer Festival when ticket sales open.

Young calendar
- Historic Carnival of Nicosia Allegorical floats on a 24 Barons theme, traditional sweets markets, mask contest. Five days of carnival in the open historic centre.
- Casazza of Nicosia (Holy Week) The itinerant sacred procession Giuseppe Pitrè described as the most imposing in Sicily. Ligurian origins from the 16th century, modern re-edition since 2016 after 160 years of silence.
- San Felice Pilgrimage Trail Annual pilgrimage organised by the Friars Minor Capuchins of Nicosia. An existing route through the places of the saint's life. Dates and registrations managed directly by the religious community.
- Corpus Domini with Infiorata The Corpus Domini solemnity with the procession of the Most Holy Sacrament beneath a carpet of petals. A Sicilian tradition that has shrunk in Nicosia and that the Diocese intends to revive.

What to know
- Minimum age: 18 for the music nights (check at entrance).
- Alcohol: 24 Baroni beer at official points, no spirits sold after 2 am.
- Safety: certified emergency plan, Red Cross, law enforcement, fire brigade present.
- Season: main night is July (White Night). Beer Festival in September.
