The format is now stable: Autumn Tavoli dei Baroni on Thursday and Friday, mozzarella masterclass with Caseificio Albereto on Saturday morning, beer masterclass with the Cosentino brothers from 24 Baroni on Saturday afternoon, closing Sunday gourmet lunch at the brewery. For the first time, all weekend packages sold out three weeks in advance.
