An evening in the Cathedral

Once a year the Cathedral of San Nicolò opens at night, 9 pm to midnight. The multimedia platform on the wooden ceiling switches to scenographic mode, a mapped projection narrates the 15th-century restoration and the story of the Casazza.

Programme

  • 9 pm: opening, reception, perimeter lighting in Piazza Garibaldi.
  • 9:30 / 10:30 / 11:30 pm: three mapped projections (15 minutes each).
  • Then: self-guided visit with the diocesan guide present.

Ticket: **.

Who it’s for

For those who want to see the Cathedral in a different light — literally. For those who can’t catch the detail during the day. For those after a cultural event without crowds or noise.

The evening can be wrapped up with a drink at the 24 Baroni Brewery (included for the first 200 booked) or a late-night Tavolo dei Baroni dinner (booked separately).
