Craft brewery founded in 2014 by brothers Antonio and Giacomo Consentino on the hills of Contrada Sant'Onofrio in Nicosia. Unpasteurized, bottle-refermented beers with no chemical preservatives or stabilizers. Certified gluten-free line. The Bionda II al Miele di Sulla was awarded 'Grande Birra' in the 'Birre d'Italia 2017' guide.
