January themed dinners

Four consecutive evenings (Thursday-Sunday), each in a different historic-centre restaurant. Six courses, sommelier, pairings designed with territory producers.

Typical themes:

  • Medieval Barons’ kitchen — game, ancient sauces, local wine.
  • Sicilian winter — seasonal vegetables, broths, lamb.
  • Buffalo mozzarella in 5 versions — Albereto Dairy.
  • 24 Baroni beer pairings — three-style tasting.

Pricing and availability: contact the operator directly. Capacity: 80 seats/night, 320 in total. Booking required.

Who it’s for

Designed for foodies and adult couples/families without children who want Nicosia’s cuisine with premium service. Not a casual experience. Each dinner runs three hours.

Tickets go on sale in early December. The format repeats in summer (July-August) during the sagre.
