The Borremans summer stage
Every summer, Borremans moves its live music into the garden and becomes one of the regular stages of Nicosia’s evenings, part of the town’s summer programme. The format is simple: you have dinner or a drink, the band strikes up — in past seasons around 9 pm — and the evening runs on late.
The 2026 programme
Four dates announced, plus the weekly schedule:
- Friday 24 July — Battiato & De Gregori tribute
- Thursday 30 July — Pino Daniele tribute
- Monday 10 August — Big Rock, a live show under the San Lorenzo shooting stars
- Wednesday 12 August, 10 pm — Ultimo tribute band, part of the Maria SS. Assunta feast
On the other weeks of the summer there is live music anyway, with the calendar published from time to time on the venue’s social channels: for times and confirmations it is best to look there.
A tried-and-tested format
Tribute nights at Borremans are nothing new: in past years tributes to Baglioni, Celentano, Pink Floyd, Cremonini, Battisti and Max Pezzali have all come through here, always within the official Nicosia summer calendar. The crowd is mixed — tables of families, groups of friends, people passing through — and the mood is that of a night out just around the corner, not a concert behind barriers.
Good to know
- Free entry: you pay for what you order, dinner or drinks.
- For tables on tribute-band nights it is best to call the venue ahead: they are the busiest dates of the summer.
