A Nineties night
On Thursday 13 August from 10 pm the Piazza degli Eventi, in contrada Crociate, hosts the Time 90 Dance Show: the Nineties party by Time 90, “the radio of the Nineties”, with dancers and a live show.
Part of the Assumption fortnight
The evening is run by the Confraternita Maria SS. Assunta and is one stage of the Maria SS. Assunta celebrations, the fortnight that carries Nicosia from 1 to 15 August and culminates at Ferragosto. The night before, on the 12th, it is the turn of the Ultimo tribute at Borremans. Two evenings later, on the 15th, the same confraternity brings the Vasco Rossi tribute concert to Piazza Re Federico.
